Doing crunches when you’re crunched for time.
You wanna work out. You need to work out. But you feel life is so chaotic that lifting is a luxury you can’t afford.
How do you pack on muscle when your days are already packed? Here are a few strategies anyone can implement, regardless of schedule.
Fitting it in
Most of us want to exercise more. 79% of Americans say they feel better when they work out. However, 48% of that same group says they don’t have the time. And 51% say that, after a long workday, they’re just too knackered.
I get that. Recently, I quit my cushy corporate job to set out on my own as a freelancer. It’s part of my grand plan for moving to Tokyo, which has been a lifelong dream.
So now I’m hella busy. Which is only logical. If you’re a full-time employee and you slack off for a few days, no one notices. If you’re freelance and slack off, you end up starving and homeless.
I’ve had to modify my own routines to make them work with my schedule. You may need a different approach. Here’s a quick catalog of strategies. Try some and see what works for you!
