Please stop perpetuating the myth that potatoes are unhealthy. On top of being delicious, they’re loaded with nutrients. Studies have also shown that they are beneficial for people with type 2 diabetes, which counters the folklore that they somehow spike your blood sugar.

Potatoes may be unhealthy if you consume nothing but potatoes - but this is almost never the case. Have your potatoes with a serving of lean protein and you will be just fine.
